Sidley Represents Warner Music Group in Joint Venture With 10K Projects

Sidley represented Warner Music Group (WMG) in the formation of a joint venture with Elliot Grainge’s groundbreaking label, 10K Projects, whereby 10K Projects became a standalone label within the WMG ecosystem, and 10K Project’s “superstar roster and next generation team” (including Trippie Redd and Ice Spice) joined the WMG family (the latter in partnership with Capitol Records). As 10K Projects continues to grow, the label and its artists will benefit from WMG’s investment, expertise, and global infrastructure.
