Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Morgan Stanley, and Citigroup are acting as the joint lead bookrunning managers for the offering. Barclays, Mizuho and William Blair are acting as joint book runners; and Piper Sandler and Truist Securities are acting as book runners. Baird, Canaccord Genuity, Needham & Company, KeyBanc Capital Markets, and Stifel are acting as co-managers. The offering is expected to close on May 16, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
