Sidley represented Arsenal Capital Partners and MaxHealth in the sale of MaxHealth to CenterWell, the healthcare services division of Humana Inc. MaxHealth operates 54 owned primary care clinics, four owned specialty and ancillary clinics, and 24 affiliate clinics across West and South Florida, serving more than 120,000 patients. Arsenal Capital Partners is a private equity firm specializing in building industrial growth and healthcare companies.
