Sidley Represents GFH as Anchor Investor in the US$5 Billion Dual IPO of Pershing Square Inc. and Pershing Square USA

Sidley represented GFH Bank B.S.C. in connection with its investment as an anchor investor in the US$5 billion combined initial public offering of Pershing Square Inc. (NYSE: PS) and Pershing Square USA, Ltd. (NYSE: PSUS), a landmark dual listing on the New York Stock Exchange led by investor Bill Ackman.

Pershing Square is one of the world’s leading investment management platforms, with approximately US$36 billion in assets under management and a long-standing track record of outperforming the S&P 500.
