Sidley Represents Compactor Rentals of America in Acquisition of Tower Compactor Rentals

Sidley represented Compactor Rentals of America, LLC, a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, LLC, in its acquisition of Tower Compactor Rentals. The transaction combines two national independent waste compactor and baler leasing companies, creating a combined owned fleet of approximately 20,000 units.
