Her practices also focuses on permissible pre-clearance and pre-closing coordination and information sharing, as well as inadvertent failures to file under the HSR Act.

Her clients span a range of industries, across the biopharma, freight, manufacturing, food and beverage, technology, appliance, transportation, energy, and financial sectors.
