Sidley Represents Analog Devices in US$3 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Sidley represented Analog Devices in the issuance of US$3 billion in aggregate principal amount of senior notes. The offering consisted of US$500 million of 5.100% senior notes due 2029, US$500 million of 5.350% notes due 2031, US$1 billion of 5.600% senior notes due 2033, and US$1 billion of 6.750% senior notes due 2036. J.P. Morgan, Barclays, BNP Paribas, BofA Securities, Citigroup, and Morgan Stanley acted as joint bookrunning managers for the offering.
