Pashann Bhada

PASHANN BHADA advises a wide range of investors including global banks and private wealth managers on their investments into private equity, infrastructure, and real estate funds. Pashann also has experience advising clients on co-investments and continuation funds.

Prior to joining Sidley, Pashann trained and qualified as an associate at an international law firm, where he worked with the investment management group and advised a range of institutional investors and development finance institutions on the terms of their investments. Pashann has also spent time on secondment with a global bank in their alternative investment funds team.
