PASHANN BHADA advises a wide range of investors, including global banks, sovereign wealth funds, development finance institutions, and private wealth managers, on their investments into private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and credit funds. In addition to primary fund investments, Pashann has experience advising clients on co-investments, continuation funds, and other liquidity solutions within private markets.

Pashann has also developed experience advising sponsors in connection with fundraising processes, providing him with insight into both investor and sponsor perspectives in fund formation and negotiations. He also advises on secondary transactions, including both LP and GP-led secondary processes.

Pashann has also spent time on secondment with a global bank in its alternative investment funds team, where he worked closely with investment professionals on private fund investments.

Pashann’s representative matters include advising:

• Bonaccord Capital Partners in its second strategic minority investment in Park Square Capital, a leading European credit investment firm.
• RoundShield Partners, a Leading European credit investment manager, in connection with a strategic transaction pursuant to which Harrison Street Asset Management, the investment management division of Colliers, acquired a majority stake in RoundShield.
• Sovereign Wealth Fund Representation – Regularly represents a sovereign wealth fund in connection with its investments across a range of private equity and infrastructure funds, advising on the negotiation of fund documentation and related investment terms.
• US$2 Billion Preferred Equity Secondary Transaction – Represented a Fortune 500 company in connection with a US$2 billion preferred equity secondary transaction, as well as the closing of its fund-of-funds investment vehicle, advising on transaction structuring, documentation, and closing.
• State Pension Plan Investments – Regularly represents a state pension plan on multiple private equity fund investments.
• On the sell side on US$1.2 million LP led secondary involving approximately 180 LP interests across 80 funds.
• Temporis Capital on the final closing of Temporis Impact Strategy V Fund.
