Prior to joining Sidley, Jiries clerked at the Supreme Court of Israel and worked at another law firm in Israel, where he gained experience in the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice.

• Acted for several leading transportation companies, such as Ryanair DAC, Swiss International Air Lines Ltd. , and Wizz Air Hungary Ltd., in defending commercial class action proceedings.
• Advised a global food and beverage company in its acquisition of a regional supplier.
• Acted for Lemada Light Industries Ltd., a leading global board game company in a contractual cross-border dispute involving its manufacturing and supply arrangements.
• Engaged by the Weizmann Institute of Science and Yeda Research and Development Company Ltd. to defend against a civil recovery lawsuit brought by Irving H. Picard, the SIPA-appointed trustee for Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC.
