Biography
MADISON FERRARO focuses her practice on white collar criminal defense and investigations and commercial litigation and disputes. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing survivors of domestic violence.
Madison earned her J.D. with high honors from Emory University School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Madison served as a research assistant for Professor Ani Satz, J.D., Ph.D, and completed internships at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UMPC), the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA) hospital system, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Madison also served as a student attorney at the Barton Center’s Legislative Advocacy Clinic, where she worked to reform child welfare laws in Georgia and promote justice for children.
Prior to attending law school, Madison worked as a program analyst at a national public health organization in Washington, D.C., where she focused on strengthening public health infrastructure in the United States.

- Flip, a next-generation social and live e-ecommerce platform, on its US$60 million Series B funding led by WestCap, with participation from Streamlined Ventures and other investors.
