THOMAS GODDARD focuses his practice on the financing, development, construction, and acquisition of commercial real estate and affordable housing properties.
Tommy received his J.D., cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law, where he served as a notes & comments editor for the St. John’s Law Review. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University.
