MARISA LEVITT is a litigation associate in the firm's Chicago office.
Marisa graduated cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center. At Georgetown, Marisa served as a Notes Development Editor for the American Criminal Law Review. She was also a competitive member of the Georgetown Barrister's Council Trial Advocacy Team, and served as the Greenhalgh Recruitment Tournament Director. Marisa was also a Public Interest Fellow, and completed over 50 hours of pro bono work as part of her commitment as a fellow.
Throughout law school, Marisa devoted significant time toward obtaining practical legal experience, interning at the United States Attorney's Office in the Northern District of Illinois, the Department of Justice Organized Crime and Gang Section, and externing for Judge Reggie Walton in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
Prior to law school, Marisa was an a Communications Intern for the Office of the Vice President in the White House in the fall of 2016. In 2017, she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with Bronze Tablet honors from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a B.A. in English and Political Science, summa cum laude.
