
Biography
MINE ORER focuses her practice on international trade and investment issues and public international law. Her work includes advising clients on trade and investment policy, compliance with export controls and economic sanctions, and foreign investment screening. She also represents clients in investor-state arbitrations.
Mine is a dual-qualified attorney admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Türkiye. Before rejoining the firm, she clerked at the International Court of Justice, the principal judicial organ of the United Nations. Her prior experience spans roles at the U.S. Department of State’s Office of the Legal Adviser, the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, a human rights organization in the United Kingdom, and an international law firm in Türkiye.
