Biography
JEREMY ROZANSKY represents clients in appeals, challenges to federal agency action, complex civil litigation, and government enforcement proceedings. Jeremy’s practice spans an array of legal issues, including administrative law, constitutional law, antitrust law, consumer-protection law, environmental law, and others.
Before joining the firm, Jeremy served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael H. Park of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and to the Honorable Diarmuid F. O’Scannlain of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He previously worked as an editor at National Affairs journal, on a presidential campaign, and for a Jewish nonprofit.
Jeremy earned undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Chicago. While in law school, Jeremy served as an online editor for The University of Chicago Law Review.

- Third-party administrator of health insurance plans in appeal of adverse class action judgment under anti-discrimination provision of the Affordable Care Act (pending).
- A multinational electronic commerce company in price fixing antitrust class action alleging a conspiracy to limit the distribution of products (pending).
- Hard-drive manufacturer in appeal regarding interpretation of the Foreign Trade Antitrust Improvements Act (pending).
- Trade association in challenges to vehicle emission standards under the Clean Air Act (pending).
- A leading student loan servicer in consumer protection litigation (pending).
- A multinational electronic commerce company in an antitrust class action alleging that the client used exclusivity restrictions to maintain its dominance in the audiobook market (pending).
- A trade association in connection with Modernizing Regulatory Review Executive Order and Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs’ reforms to cost-benefit analysis guidance.
- Amicus counsel to a coalition of former government officials, including former attorneys general and OMB directors, in a high-profile Supreme Court challenge to the executive action cancelling student debt.
- Pro bono counsel to religious organization challenging municipality’s taking of its property via eminent domain.
