Biography
REI SEE works across a wide range of structured finance and structured lending matters, with a particular focus on European collateralized loan obligations (CLO) deals. Rei has experience representing investment managers, arranger banks, and lenders on a broad range of transactions, including warehouse financings, CLO new issuances, and resets, as well as term and revolving facilities.
Rei has been recommended for Securitisation in Legal 500 UK 2026 with clients quoting she is “exceptional in delivery and client service - a future star.”
