Rei See

REI SEE works across a wide range of structured finance and structured lending matters, with a particular focus on European collateralized loan obligations (CLO) deals. Rei has experience representing investment managers, arranger banks, and lenders on a broad range of transactions, including warehouse financings, CLO new issuances, and resets, as well as term and revolving facilities.

Prior to joining Sidley’s office in London, Rei trained as a solicitor at a Magic Circle firm and worked as an associate in the structured finance group of a leading U.S. firm in London.

Rei has been recommended for Securitisation in Legal 500 UK 2026 with clients quoting she is “exceptional in delivery and client service - a future star.”
