A cross-practice team of Sidley lawyers from multiple offices and geographies have contributed to the 2025 edition of the International Comparative Legal Guide to: Securitisation.
Sidley partner Rupert Wall acted as global editor to the guide and, alongside associate Rei See, authored the England & Wales chapter analysing securitisation under English law.
Sidley partners James Phythian-Adams, Rachpal Thind, Rupert Wall and senior managing associate Arash Dashtgard also contributed an Expert Analysis chapter on “Securitisation in Matching Adjustment Portfolios Under Solvency UK Reforms”, which explores the increasing interest in securitisation for insurance companies.
A U.S. team led by partners T.J. Gordon and Pietro Fontana authored the chapter assessing the laws affecting securitisation under the laws of the United States.
The International Comparative Legal Guide to: Securitisation provides international practitioners and in-house counsel with a comprehensive worldwide legal analysis of the laws and regulations of securitisation across 20 jurisdictions.
