IVA TODOROVA focuses her practice on all aspects of EU competition law, including merger control, abuse of dominance, cartels, and state aid.
Her experience covers several industry sectors, including life sciences, fashion, technology, payment services, and finance.
Prior to joining Sidley, Iva worked as a trainee at the Directorate General for Competition at the European Commission, where she focused on merger control and various policy projects.

- Coupang, Inc. on the antitrust aspects of its acquisition of the business and assets of fashion retailer Farfetch Holdings plc.
