JENNIFER WILTSE regularly advises and represents a wide range of private equity, credit, and hedge fund managers in connection with private fund formation, operation, regulatory, and compliance matters. Jennifer also has extensive experience representing large institutional investors in connection with investments in leading private investment funds across the liquidity spectrum. Jennifer’s clients implement and invest in a broad variety of closed- and open-ended strategies, and range in size from startup managers to global institutional advisers.
Jennifer’s practice also includes the representation of clients in transactional matters in the investment management space, including seed deals, spin-outs, secondaries, GP stakes, and acquisitions and reorganizations of investment management firms.
Jennifer graduated with distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2019, where she was a contributing editor for the Iowa Law Review. Jennifer received her B.A. in Philosophy and Sociology from the University of Illinois in 2016.
