Sidley Partner Andrea Wang Lucan to Moderate Panel at Renewable Energy Law Institute

Sidley partner Andrea Wang Lucan will serve as a moderator at the 21st Annual Renewable Energy Law Institute.

The “Trends in Renewables M&A: Platforms, Portfolios, and Projects” panel on January 27, 2026 will examine notable transaction activity from 2025 and explore anticipated drivers for 2026. She will be joined by panelists Jenn Goodwillie from Nova Clean Energy and Alicia Handy from RWE.

The Renewable Energy Law Institute aims to inform industry participants, legal and financial advisers, as well as key legislative and regulatory policymakers and staff on the latest developments affecting renewable energy in Texas and nationwide.
