Join us for the third in a series of exclusive in-person events, where you’ll have the unique opportunity to hear directly from two of the nation’s top regulators and enforcers shaping the future of regulatory litigation and domestic policy under the second Trump Administration.

This program will feature a timely fireside chat with Abhishek Kambli, Deputy Associate Attorney General at the U.S. Department of Justice, and Ketan Bhirud, Associate Deputy Attorney General at the U.S. Department of Justice, on the evolving federal enforcement landscape surrounding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

With President Trump signaling an intent to examine DEI programs more closely under existing federal statutes — including the False Claims Act — organizations across sectors may face new questions about compliance, risk management, and litigation exposure. Drawing on their extensive backgrounds in federal and state enforcement, including Mr. Kambli’s leadership over high-profile constitutional and administrative law challenges and Mr. Bhirud’s expertise in state attorneys general matters, Mr. Kambli and Mr. Bhirud will share insights into how these enforcement initiatives impact entities. This off-the-record discussion will aid regulated parties in evaluating any risk from DEI and crafting appropriate policies and programs.

This in-person event in Washington, D.C. is designed for legal professionals, in-house counsel, and industry stakeholders seeking to stay informed on critical changes and emerging issues under the second Trump Administration.
