Daniel Spies to Speak at UBS Global Markets Hedge Fund Leadership Conference

Sidley Investment Funds partner Daniel Spies will speak during a session at the 2026 UBS Global Markets Hedge Fund Leadership Conference.

Daniel’s session, “31 Flavors of SMAs,” will explore the evolving separately managed account (SMA) landscape, including investor expectations, liquidity considerations, and key commercial terms such as fees, economics, and capacity rights. The discussion will also address operational, risk, and reporting considerations, and provide perspectives on the future development and use of SMAs. Daniel will be joined by industry participants from Wilshire and QRT.
