2008/2009
Climate change is the most threatening environmental challenge of recent years. Addressing global climate change is a daunting task and one for which to date the U.S. has no focused regulatory response. This article examines the background to the lack of climate change regulation in the US and the variety of recent litigation focusing on climate change which it has engendered.
