Sidley soared to the top spot in Green Street Advisors’ Asset-Backed Alert 2022 league tables for most active underwriter counsel in U.S. asset- and mortgage-backed securitization transactions. Sidley outpaced all other firms, fielding 124 assignments last year. In addition, Sidley ranked fourth in issuer counsel transactions.
