Sidley Commended for Pro Bono at the FT Innovative Lawyers Awards North America 2025

Sidley has been “Commended” by the Financial Times in the “Pro Bono” category at the FT Innovative Lawyers Awards North America 2025. The Financial Times has particularly highlighted the firm’s “landmark settlement” on behalf of Texans with intellectual and developmental disabilities who have been segregated in facilities without mandated services or opportunities for community living.

The annual awards, hosted by the Financial Times and its research partner RSGI, highlight the best law firms and in‐house legal teams driving innovation in the legal sector in North America.
