Three Sidley Deals Win at the GBM Awards: CEE, Central Asia & Türkiye 2026

Global Banking & Markets has listed three Sidley deals as winners at its GBM Awards: CEE, Central Asia & Türkiye 2026. The awards celebrate the “most innovative and ground-breaking deals from Sovereign, Corporate and Financial Institution issuers and borrowers.”

Sidley deals have been named winners in three categories:

• Armenia Deal of the Year: Ardshinbank US$600 million 6.60% Five-Year Senior Unsecured Loan Participation Notes
• Financial Institutions Bond Deal of the Year – Central Asia: SQB US$300 million 9.450% Reg S/144A PNC5.5 Sustainability Additional Tier 1 Bond
• Financial Institutions Local-Currency Bond Deal of the Year: Bank of Georgia GEL450 million Three-Year USD-Settled Senior Unsecured Bond
