Sidley Ranked Among Top Firms in The Texas Lawbook M&A Corporate Deal Tracker

Sidley was once again ranked among the top firms in The Texas Lawbook’s M&A Corporate Deal Tracker rankings in Texas. Sidley ranked second in deal count with 151 deals in 2022, an increase from 138 deals in 2021.
Sidley also ranked fourth in deal value, with a combined value of more than US$72 billion.
