Sidley Represents Totango In Its Merger with Catalyst

Sidley is representing Totango, Inc., a portfolio company of Great Hill Partners, in its merger with Catalyst Software Corporation, a customer growth platform. The merger will provide both platforms’ clients with a unified solution to drive measurable growth for their customer base. Totango is an enterprise customer success software that scales with businesses as they grow and helps cross-functional enterprise teams drive productivity, retention, and expansion.
The Sidley team is being led by Alex Temel and Dan Rawner (M&A and Private Equity), and includes Karla Utset, Fares Chehabi, and Zani Doumbia (M&A and Private Equity); Josh Thompson, Shawn Bagdasarian, and Chloe Kim (Global Finance); Stacy Crosnicker (Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation); Rachel Kleinberg (Tax); Dusan Clark, Kyle Barnett, and Franny Sadler (Technology and Life Sciences Transactions); and Steve McInerney (Privacy and Cybersecurity).
