Sidley Represents Great Gulf on Mandarin Oriental Residences, West Palm Beach

Sidley advised Great Gulf on the development of Mandarin Oriental Residences, West Palm Beach, the brand’s first standalone residential project in South Florida.
The waterfront development will be located along the Intracoastal Waterway in West Palm Beach and will comprise 87 private residences with direct water access. The project is anticipated to open in 2031.
