Sidley Represents Neomorph in Its US$100 Million Series B Financing

Sidley represented Neomorph, Inc., a biotechnology company developing innovative molecular glue degraders, in its US$100 million Series B financing. The round was led by Deerfield Management, with participation from new investors Regeneron Ventures, Longwood Fund, Alexandria Venture Investments, and Binney Street Capital. The proceeds from the financing will support Neomorph’s continued advancement of its proprietary platform and pipeline focused on discovering and developing molecular glue degraders targeting previously intractable diseases.
The Sidley team was led by Rosemary G. Reilly (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital) and included Rebecca Nauta (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital) and Matthew Dutton (Investment Funds).
