Dino LaVerghetta Appointed Public Member of the Administrative Conference of the United States

The Administrative Conference of the United States (ACUS), a federal agency within the executive branch dedicated to improving administrative law and federal regulatory processes, has appointed Sidley partner Dino LaVerghetta as a Public Member, to a two-year term beginning July 1, 2026.

The ACUS conducts applied research and provides recommendations and other advice to improve federal agency procedures. Its membership is composed of senior federal officials, academics, and other professionals from the private sector.

Dino is a former White House official who counsels some of the country’s largest companies in complex regulatory, reputational, litigation, and government oversight matters. He is co-founder of the firm’s Robotics, Automation, and Drones (RAD) team and co-leads the firm’s First Amendment Law focus area. Dino is joining ACUS along with six other public members and eight senior fellows. More about ACUS and Dino’s appointment can be found here.
