Sidley Represents Nationwide in Investment in MLS Columbus Crew

Sidley represented Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company (Nationwide), a leading insurance and financial services company, in connection with its investment in the Columbus Crew of Major League Soccer (MLS), which is majority-owned by Haslam Sports Group. This investment expands upon Nationwide’s partnership with Haslam Sports Group following the recent launch of the Columbus National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) franchise and Nationwide’s sponsorship of the Columbus Crew’s official team jerseys.
