Biography

NEVEN ABDO focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on patent litigation.

Neven earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law with a concentration in intellectual property law. While in law school, she served on the Interscholastic Moot Court Board, was awarded “First Place Brief” in each of her competitions, and advanced to the quarterfinals. Alongside her legal education, Neven obtained a Master of Public Health with a concentration in health systems and health policy.

Prior to law school, Neven earned a Bachelor of Arts in Cell Biology and Neuroscience, with minors in public health and cognitive science. Neven’s professional experiences include working at the United Nations in the divisions of Healthcare Management and Occupational Safety and Health (DMOSH ) and Public Health, as well as at the New Jersey Department of Health.

Neven has conducted scientific, public health, and legal research, and has presented her findings at multiple symposiums. Most recently, she assisted with the preparation of an article published in Life Science Leader titled “Trends In Proposed Laws Aimed at Drug Patents” and assisted with the 2024 and 2025 editions of Winning the Patent Damages Case, a treatise on patent damages.
