Sajid R. Ahsan

SAJID AHSAN focuses his practice on the representation of sponsors, borrowers, investment funds, and financial institutions in a variety of financing transactions.

Prior to joining Sidley, Sajid was a legal intern for an immigration and refugee legal services non-profit in New York.

While attending New York University School of Law, Sajid served as an editor of the New York University Law Review and as the academic and admissions chair of the South Asian Law Students Association.

Sajid is fluent in Bengali.

Sajid maintains a pro bono practice focused on providing immigration legal services.
