Biography
AMELIA ALBRECHT focuses her practice on the structuring, operation, and offering of private investment funds, and advising institutional investors in connection with their investments in private funds, including secondary transactions. She also advises registered funds on legal and regulatory compliance with securities laws.
While attending Fordham University School of Law, Amelia served as an editor for the Fordham Urban Law Journal.
Community Involvement
Pro Bono
Prior to joining Sidley, Amelia was a summer intern at a legal services clinic, building the best possible case for immigrants seeking lawful permanent residence in the United States by analyzing the records and assembling affidavits.
