Robin W. Bradley

ROBIN BRADLEY advises clients on a variety of financing-related issues. He represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, public and private companies, and lenders in connection with a broad range of transactions.

While attending University of California, Berkeley School of Law, Robin served as an editor for the Berkeley Journal of Entertainment and Sports Law, and earned a business law certificate. He was also a summer law clerk at the Los Angeles County Public Defender’s Office.
