Biography
EMMA BRETTHAUER focuses her practice on a variety of financing-related issues. She represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, public and private companies, and lenders on a broad range of finance transactions.
While attending the USC Gould School of Law, Emma served as a member of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program. She also served as the founding vice president of the C-Suite and In-House Executive Network.

- Funds managed by Wafra Inc. in the US$1.9 billion all-cash acquisition of Navitas Credit Corp. and NLFC Reinsurance Corp. from United Community Banks, Inc.
