CARRY CHEN represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and corporate borrowers and issuers on leveraged finance transactions and a wide range of financing matters at every level of the capital structure, with a particular focus on complex cross-border acquisition financing.

Carry has extensive transactional experience in private equity transactions, including private and public acquisition financings, syndicated loan financings, private credit financings, refinancings and post-IPO and public company financings.

Recent examples of Carry’s work include advising:

• Golden Goose S.p.A, a portfolio company of Permira, in connection with the issuance of €480 million in euro senior secured floating rate notes due 2031 and related €100 million revolving credit facility.
• Astorg Partners, including in relation to its investments in:

  • LGC (as part of a consortium with Cinven), a global leader in the life sciences tools sector.
