LYNZAI CUTLER focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity matters.
Lynzai earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center after graduating from Florida State University. During her time at Georgetown, she served as managing editor for The Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law.
