Biography
ROSE DING focuses her practice on corporate and securities law matters, representing issuers and underwriters in public and private securities transactions of debt and equity securities, with a focus on structured notes.
While attending Fordham University School of Law, she served as an editor for the William Hughes Mulligan Memorial Moot Court Competition.
Rose is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
