ALEXANDRA DUPONT focuses her practice on secondaries transactions and representing clients in the offering and formation of private investment funds. Alexandra also advises investment managers in connection with ongoing legal compliance.
Alexandra holds a degree in financial economics from Columbia University. Prior to joining Sidley, Alexandra was a legal intern at an animal rights advocacy clinic.
