Biography
ALINA EKBAL focuses her practice on a variety of corporate and securities matters, including capital markets, shareholder activism, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.
While attending Fordham Law School, Alina was a competitor and coach of the Vis International Commercial Arbitration Competition Team and a board member for the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law.
