Zev N. Falik

ZEV FALIK focuses his practice on energy, transportation and infrastructure project finance, tax equity finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, and other complex corporate and transactional matters.

Zev earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was named a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a James Kent Scholar. He also served as an editor for the Columbia Journal of Tax Law.
