Biography
VANESSA FAZZINO focuses her practice on corporate and securities law matters, representing issuers and underwriters in public and private securities transactions of debt and equity securities.
During her time at Sidley, Vanessa completed a long-term secondment at Goldman Sachs & Co., where she focused on structured products.
While attending Fordham University School of Law, Vanessa served as the writing and research editor of the Fordham International Law Journal, a legal writing teaching assistant, and a research assistant. She was also a recipient of the Leo William Caruso Memorial Scholarship.
