Biography

NOAH FITZGEREL focuses his practice on litigation, government enforcement actions, and investigations. Noah writes motions and briefs for clients in critical stages of litigation and appeals, assists clients with investigations before the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission, and counsels clients across industries. He also maintains an active pro bono practice and has assisted clients with matters involving constitutional law, criminal law, and public policy.

Noah rejoined Sidley after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Patricia Tolliver Giles of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Noah graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was an articles editor for the Virginia Law Review and received the Bracewell Best Oral Argument Award. Noah also served as a legal intern to the Honorable Carlton W. Reeves of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.

Before law school, Noah was a legislative assistant at the Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism. He graduated magna cum laude from Brown University, where Noah was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and received the President James Manning Medal.
