NICOLE GARRETT focuses her practice on corporate and securities law matters. She represents issuers, underwriters, and other transaction parties in a variety of securities offerings, corporate governance matters, and public company reporting obligations. Her practice encompasses transactions such as initial public offerings, follow-on common and preferred equity offerings, ATM programs, MTN programs, debt offerings, and offerings of bonds denominated in foreign currencies.

Nicole regularly represents clients in capital markets transactions involving companies in a broad range of industries, including REITs, life sciences, technology, healthcare, industrials, consumer staples, and financial services.
