Nicole C. Garrett

NICOLE GARRETT represents issuers and underwriters in corporate and securities law matters, including a variety of securities offerings and corporate governance matters and public company reporting obligations. In her practice, which encompasses transactions such as initial public offerings, follow-on common and preferred equity offerings, ATM programs, and debt offerings, she represents clients across a diverse set of sectors.

Nicole earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law. While attending law school, she was an executive articles editor for the Annual Survey of American Law. Prior to attending law school, Nicole was a paralegal at another New York law firm.
