Skylar Jaeger

SKYLAR JAEGER focuses her practice on corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, public and private securities offerings, shareholder activism, and corporate and board governance.

While at Sidley, Skylar completed a secondment at Mubadala Capital, a global alternative asset manager of the Abu Dhabi-based sovereign wealth fund Mubadala Investment Company. She advised Mubadala in connection with complex corporate matters.

While attending Columbia Law School, Skylar was as a teaching fellow for several courses and served as a managing director and research assistant for the Moot Court program.
