Biography
LOUIS JENNINGS represents large cap and middle-market private equity funds, family offices, and other private capital investors and asset managers, as well as their portfolio companies, in connection with complex transactions including domestic and cross-border leveraged buyouts, follow-on acquisitions and rollups, take-privates, carve-outs, divestments, and liquidity and exit events. Louis has advised private equity and strategic clients on transactions in a wide range of industries including healthcare and life sciences, software and technology, media and telecommunications, retail and consumer products, and energy and infrastructure as a practicing lawyer in the United States, Singapore, and Australia.
Louis completed part of his law degree during a 12-month student exchange program at the University of Copenhagen (Københavns Universitet). Louis sits on the Board of Directors of Story Collider Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in New York City.
